We loved the proximity of the accommodation to the beach and restaurants. The villa was very spacious and clean, and we enjoyed lounging by the pool, which was not too crowded. The spa facilities were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.
We were disappointed to find out that the pool outside our villa was reserved for owners only and the other public pool was closed. the lack of Wi-Fi was inconvenient, and the bed was not comfortable, causing us to have a restless night’s sleep.

spacious well appointed town house with fabulous roof terrace. Good facilities at Parque de Floresta (5 min car journey).
stairs everywhere - in the town house, to the town house, round the resort - not toddler/buggy friendly. Also we went May half term yet all facilities in this part of the resort were closed and you had to go to Parque de Floresta - car imperative! There is child friendly pool behind restaurant complex (shut) but pools in accommodation area all 2m+ depth. Excellent child's pool at PdeF but need to pay to access.

Great view from the balcony and close to the beach. the room was spotless with new amenities, and the bed was comfortable.
The pool was closed, and the advertised spa was under maintenance. There was no communication from the staff about these vital facts.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with beautiful views and close proximity to the Algarve beaches and restaurants. The property itself was clean and well laid out, providing ample space for my family of four. We enjoyed the shared pools, especially the main spa pool with its pool bar and access to the gym and pilates. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of top-notch amenities, including air conditioning, a balcony, and a sitting area in our spacious and well-appointed room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to Algarve beaches and restaurants. the villa itself is clean and well laid out, with spacious rooms and a good view. the shared pool area is close by and the main spa pool is particularly nice, with a pool bar and access to the gym and pilates classes.
The management could have handled the spa maintenance situation better and should have informed guests in advance.
